Deli Associate
Duties Include: Cooking, cleaning, customer service, and teamwork.
Qualifications include: Cooking abilities including knife skills; positive attitude, natural foods knowledge, organization and time management skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Wage Range: $13-$16 per hour dependent on experience & skills.
Hours: Part time, 20-31 hours/week. Monday-Friday with the possibility of occasional weekends.
Produce Associate
Duties Include: Stocking the best local and organic produce in the region with a fun, friendly, and dedicated team of cooperators. Exceptional customer service is a must.
Qualifications include: Retail and customer service skills, natural foods familiarity, organization, the ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, and reliable transportation. Attention to detail and time management is a must. Don't have experience with Produce? No problem. We have experienced staff to help you learn the ropes of one of the most rewarding departments in the grocery business.
Wage Range: $13-$16 per hour dependent on experience & skills.
Hours: 15-25 hours/week. Must be available afternoons & weekends.
Produce Lead
Duties Include: In addition to becoming an expert in local and organic produce, AND in addition to you not needing a gym membership because of the amount of exercise you’ll get, AND in addition to the amazing people you’ll get to work with at your favorite food co-op, this job also includes ordering, receiving and stocking, staff training and supervision, and refining your excellent customer service skills. This role may have interims of necessary increased hours for back-up when department management is out and having the ability to work weekends and/or afternoons is a must.
Qualifications include: Organizational skills, a commitment and desire to learn new skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Previous customer service and/or retail grocery experience is appreciated.
Wage Range: $14-$17 per hour dependent on experience & skills.
Hours: 20-30 hours per week.
Front End Lead
Duties Include: POS/computer knowledge, product knowledge, front end maintenance, and of course, providing excellent customer service! This role may have interims of necessary increased hours for back-up when department management is out.
Qualifications include: Retail & customer service experience, natural foods knowledge, organization and time management skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Wage Range: $14-$17 per hour dependent on experience & skills.
Hours: Sun, Mon, Tue, 3:30-8:30pm. 15 hours a week with room to grow if needed.
Front End Cashier
Duties Include: POS/computer knowledge, product knowledge, front end maintenance, and of course, providing excellent customer service!
Qualifications include: Retail and customer service experience, natural foods knowledge, organization and time management skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Wage Range: $13-16 per hour dependent on experience & skills.
Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, 3:30-8:30pm. 20 hours a week with room to grow if needed.
