The deli is hiring for a baking lead!

Qualifications for this position: An understanding of the logistics of baking cookies and cakes. Professional cooking experience preferred. A self-motivated work ethic. A positive attitude toward work and teamwork. The ability to lift 50 lbs. Customer service knowledge. Ability to work 24 hours a week. 

This position entails: baking cookies, cakes, and other treats en masse in a small space. Cleaning and maintaining food safety procedures. Working individually and with others to get the job done. Maintaining par levels and backstock of all deli made treats. Following recipes and creating efficiencies to maintain product consistency. Flexible days of the week. 


Starting wage: $12-$13 dependent on experience and skills. 24 hours a week required.

Apply today for Harmony Co-op’s Assistant Produce Supervisor position. This job includes working closely with the Produce Manager to select and receive products, build attractive and fresh displays, supervise produce associates, and assist in the maintenance of a clean and inviting produce department.

This role may have interims of necessary increased hours for back-up when department management is out.  Qualifications for this position include: retail and customer service experience, natural foods knowledge, computer and office skills, managerial skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.


Entry wage: $12-16 per hour dependent on experience and skills.  Benefits include: Paid Time off, Vacation, Product Discount, and a monthly Professional Development Bonus.  Status: 32+ hours/week.
