Assistant Perishables Department Supervisor

  • Duties Include: Product ordering, receiving, stocking, and management. The position serves to support the department with some staff supervision, inventory management and coordination of product demos. This role may have interims of necessary increased hours for back-up when department management is out. 

  • Qualifications include: Retail and customer service experience, natural foods knowledge, some computer and office skills, supervisory skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and consistently.  This position has direct accountability for results with a large impact on the store and requires complex problem solving in varied situations.

  • Wage Range: 17-$21 per hour dependent on experience.

  • Hours: 32-40 hours/week.

  • Job Type: Full-time.

Front End Lead

  • Duties Include: POS/computer knowledge, product knowledge, front end maintenance, and of course, providing excellent customer service!

  • Qualifications include: Retail and customer service experience, natural foods knowledge, organization and time management skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

  • Wage Range: $14-17 per hour dependent on experience & skills.

  • Hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 3:30-8:30pm. 15 hours a week with option to increase shifts.

  • Job Type: Part-time
     

Produce Associate

  • Duties Include: Stocking the best local and organic produce in the region with a fun, friendly, and dedicated team of cooperators. Exceptional customer service is a must. 

  • Qualifications include: Retail and customer service skills, natural foods familiarity, organization, and the ability to regularly lift 50 pounds. Attention to detail and time management is a must.

  • Wage Range: $13-$16 per hour dependent on experience & skills.

  • Hours: 15-25 hours/week; Primarily evenings and weekends.

  • Job Type: Part-time
