To always keep at the highest priority Harmony’s commitment of excellence in customer service. To provide assistance for internal services to the Front-End Department. While the shift supervisor’s immediate priority is oversight of front end operations, this shift supervisor position is integrally linked to the Front-End Department’s customer and member services to fiscally and efficiently utilize the shift supervisor’s time; thus, this dual role maximizes both the shift supervisor and cashier time efficiently for Harmony’s benefit.
Status: 35+ hours/week
Starting wage: $12-16 Dependent on Experience and Skills
